Faculty Development Programme in College

In the present scenario, online courses are widely used in different educational institutions providing easy access to the course materials classroom discussions, and feedback we are also practicing the same with our students but to make the teaching-learning process easy we teachers are also looking for new innovative techniques that is why I opted this course to update myself with the technological advancement. I gained unique experience I met great People through the work I did and connected with professionals all over the country. I am also learning to take ownership of my education. this course allowed me to experience the practical aspect of theoretical knowledge. I can watch the lessons at my pace and timings, read assignments, discuss with peers through a forum called Google Classroom, write and submit assignments as per the deadline provided, and prepare the graded quiz to check my knowledge and understanding extra.

I feel that it all helps me to become a more responsible person.
